Easter Eggs

My friend Jana made these super cute eggs for her table to get her house ready for Easter. They look easy and totally kid friendly.

The girls and I are going to make a trip to the thrift store and pick up a couple of silk ties this weekend and surprise dad with a cute display. :)

Happy Easter!

Wow- those are so pretty! I am not very creative, but I'm good at "stealing" ideas from others.. I think I might need to do that one. I also love the split peas for the "grass" that the eggs are on.

Sometimes "normal" test results can be unsettling- though on the whole, they are generally good. Sometimes, though, you know something is wrong and having a cause makes it a bit easier. We're getting used to the "unknown," and we're learning to have faith and take things day by day. Matt was so very speech delayed, and we saw a huge improvement in both his social skills and speech at the age of three.. he still has some articulation issues, but the difference is absolutely remarkable.

We may never know the cause of Nolan's difficulties, but he is thriving nonetheless! So I guess we shouldn't worry too much (though I think "worry" is part of being a mom).

I hope you do get some answers for your little one!!!
